Real Time Traffic Conditions on Y! Maps

Yahoo Maps Offer Live U.S. Traffic Conditions (Y! News)

Yahoo launched real time traffic conditions for traffic through out the U.S. It can be accessed at http://maps.yahoo.com/traffic. Though it looks primitive, I think it is very helpful. It could be a big thing in time.
